Women's Rugby
BCU Women’s Rugby are a club that are developing each year and are always looking for new members to join the ever growing squad that can be accessible for all levels of ability. The past two seasons have seen the club progress tremendously, this being shown in the 2022/23 season where they narrowly missed out on promotion to BUCS Midlands Tier 1.
Each week the squad train at our partner club, Aston Old Edwardians, where a number of our players will have the opportunity to train and play with them throughout the season. Under guidance from their head coach each week, the club get physically and tactically ready to embark on their BUCS season for 2023/24.
As per the Men’s Rugby away from the pitch, the club are ambassadors for a number of charities and have organised several fundraising events and social activities to raise vital funds. The club have a huge focus on togetherness and have created a superb environment for new players to experience and make the most of their time at BCU.
