Commonwealth Medals
We are incredibly proud that two students and a recent graduate from our School of Jewellery have designed the official medals for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. This is the first time in the history of the Commonwealth Games that medals have been designed by students.

The world’s eyes were on BCU’s homegrown talent when some of our graduates – including chart-topping band Duran Duran and skilled opera singer Samantha Oxborough - took to the stage at the Commonwealth Games.
