Sundip Kaur

Sundip (Sunny) specialises in English for Academic Purposes (EAP). She has been teaching international students both in the UK and overseas for over 10 years. She has a BA (hons) in Performing Arts & Media Studies alongside a PgDip in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. In her previous roles she has taught English as a Foreign Language at the British Council in Spain, and EAP at the University of Birmingham and at Birmingham City University. Her current role as an EAP Learner Developer is to provide one-to-one tutorials, support and open access workshops, which include a range of academic language and skills for students whose first language isn’t English.

Having lived abroad, with an ability to speak Spanish, Punjabi and Hindi, as well as growing up in a multi-cultural environment in Birmingham, she can empathise with your academic, social and language needs.
