It’s an easier and quicker route
The route to becoming a chartered architecture can be lengthy. Most job roles within the industry require you to have a five-year architecture degree, which is recognised by the Architects Registration Board (ARB). Many people interested in this industry opt to become an architectural technologist instead. Not only are most degrees three years but the role offers you the flexibility to work with both the planning and construction team.
