These are the FAQs for our BCU managed and partner halls of residence and the sections are listed in relevance for you.

How do I apply for accommodation?
You will need to know your choices of accommodation prior to making an application. If there are medical or mobility factors which have a bearing on your accommodation needs, please provide full details.

When will I know I have been allocated a room?
You will receive an email from Accommodation Services informing you that you have been offered a room, please ensure you accept and make the relevant payment required before the offer deadline date.

When will I be able to move in?
Before you can move into your accommodation, you will be asked to complete the online induction. You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete this process.

How much will the rent be per month?
Please see individual accommodation location pages for rent prices.

What if I don't have an Application Number?
Your University Application Number should be on your offer letter. It is made up of eight unique numbers. If it isn't on your offer letter, please contact Accommodation Services.

We realise that moving in with complete strangers can be daunting. But living at uni is also incredibly exciting, the chance to meet new people and make new friends should be seen as a positive. Here's some tips and advice on making the move.
