  • ROCUP (Rise Over Challenges): This diverse running group has rapidly grown into a community of over 250. They host free 5K runs every Saturday at 9 am, starting from Centenary Square. ROCUP emphasizes inclusivity and community spirit. 
  • Well Run Brum: This social running group focuses on men's mental wellness through social running. They offer free fortnightly 5K runs at a conversational pace, each beginning with a guest speaker to inspire participants. All abilities are welcome. 
  • Run Brum Crew: A community-driven group that meets every Monday at 6:30 pm for social runs around the city. They cater to various paces and emphasize a supportive environment.
  • Swifts (LGBTQ+ Running Group): Meeting on Thursdays at 7 pm, Swifts provides a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ runners and allies to enjoy group runs.​
  • City of Birmingham Striders: Offering multiple sessions throughout the week, including Tuesday evenings and Wednesday mornings, this club welcomes runners aiming to improve their performance.
