Reserving your place
It's time to reserve your place and get ready to celebrate!
Registrations for ceremonies have now closed
In order to attend your Graduation ceremony, you need to follow the information included in your invitation and register your attendance by Sunday 15 May at 23.59pm. You can do this via the BCU mySRS portal here, under the ‘Awards’ tab. Your access to the mySRS portal has been extended, however if you do not remember your password, please email us at award.ceremonies@bcu.ac.uk and we will be happy to assist you.
We are very excited to be able to host the in-person ceremonies this summer and we expect these to be busy events. The registration will be open for three weeks from the day you receive your invitation, however we advise that you register online via the MySRS portal as soon as you can.
Please note that if your ceremony reaches its capacity before the registration deadline, it will be closed for new registrations. If your event is sold out and you wish to attend a ceremony, please email us at award.ceremonies@bcu.ac.uk and we will be happy to discuss your options with you.
In order to receive an invitation and be eligible to attend, you either must have already received your award or your award must be confirmed by your school by Monday 27 June 2022. If your award has not been confirmed by this date, your invitation will be withdrawn and you will be invited to a future ceremony subject to you receiving your award in the future.
Please be advised that we will stagger sending graduation ceremony invitations for specific graduation ceremonies depending on your School and Course. This means you may receive your invitation on a different date to your friends on other courses. If you feel you should’ve received your invitation, please email us at award.ceremonies@bcu.ac.uk with your student ID number and we will check your record and advise accordingly.
Please check that the email address we hold for you is still current as we will be sending you further information about the ceremonies once you have registered. It will take about five minutes to register and a confirmation receipt will be sent to your preferred email account upon completion.
If you do not receive a receipt email within 48 hours, please email us at award.ceremonies@bcu.ac.uk with your student ID number, as this may mean your registration has not been processed correctly.
