Ceremony Permissions

All BCU graduation ceremonies are filmed and live-streamed online. By attending, you and your guests should be aware that your images may be recorded and used for these purposes.

You may also be photographed throughout the day for future University publicity, excluding personal portraits taken by our official photographer.

Personal Publicity Options

You can choose whether to have your full name and award(s) included in:

• BCU-branded commemorative merchandise - such as clothing, available for purchase at the venue.
• Alumni communications and materials – To celebrate your achievement and keep you connected with the BCU community.

If you wish to change your publicity preferences after completing the registration task, email graduations@bcu.ac.uk.  Changes must be made Friday 27^th June 2025.
