Graduation Ceremonies

Visa Support Letters

If your student visa has expired or is due to expire before your ceremony and you or your guests need a support letter from the University, you can request this during the online registration process.

The letter will confirm your invitation and registration status for the ceremony, helping you and your guests with their visa applications. Please note that your guests do not require a named invitation from the University, so individual invitations will not be issued.

Family and Friends Visiting the UK

If your family or friends are travelling from overseas to attend your graduation, they must check if they need a visa to enter the UK. This can be done via the UK Government Website, which also provides application guidance.
