Multiple Sclerosis Trust User Research Project

Evidence Base reviewed the MS Trust’s Information Services to find out how well the service was meeting the information needs of people with MS and their families and friends and health professionals and how it might be expanded and improved.

The review involved a mixture of methods including focus groups, surveys, content analysis and interviews. All aspects of information provision were reviewed including: website, newsletter and personal enquiry service.

The project helped the MS Trust understand more about users information needs and resulted in a number of recommendations for improvements which were taken forward by the MS Trust.
