Application for permission to film or photograph BCU Libraries
Library and Learning Resources are aware that from time to time staff and students need access to the University Libraries for filming or photography.
If you need to access a library for filming or photography then the following terms and conditions will apply: we aim to ensure a fair and consistent approach so please note that no exceptions will be made.
- The request form must be submitted at least a week in advance of the date of your intended visit. If your request is approved, you will be directed to designated areas where you can film or take photographs.
- Filming and photography will not be permitted during busy periods; i.e. between 11:00am - 3:00pm.
- Notices must be produced and displayed to ensure that Library users are aware of the activity and have an opportunity to find somewhere else to study.
Your data will only be used to process your request.
If you have any questions please contact a member of the administrative team on 0121 331 6300.
