And it works – 85 per cent of our 2011 graduates found work or continued studying within six months of their graduation, with many now forging successful careers in their chosen industry while others have set up their own businesses. And many of these could not have done so without going to university – according to figures from the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), one in five jobs now require degree-level skills.
