Morocco and Birmingham City University
Birmingham City University is one of the UK’s most dynamic places to study. We are a vibrant, multicultural university with around 23,500 students from over 80 countries including Morocco and offer an innovative and practical approach to teaching and learning.
Our portfolio of excellent courses, investment in state-of-the-art facilities, first-rate staff and focus on practical skills and professional relevance are making us a first choice for students. Birmingham City University is home to Moroccon and other Arab students who study courses from MBA International to BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering. Our industry partnerships, work placements and practical approach to our world famous courses will give you international career prospects. BCU students study in a city focused on education and culture and all students have full access to The Library of Birmingham, Europe’s largest library.
Birmingham also has many of your home comforts including mosques, halal supermarkets and restaurants and a very active Islamic Society in our Students Unions. We are home to football teams including West Bromwich Albion, Aston Villa and Birmingham City FC, and you can join as many of our sports teams or societies as you wish.
Birmingham has its very own international airport which is located a 10 minute train journey from our City Centre Campus. Modern, safe and perfectly located on-campus accommodation is available to all international students on a first-come, first-served basis. On your first day our airport pickup team will meet you at the airport and take you to your chosen University accommodation.
